1. Product & Customization (OEM/ODM)
- Do you offer customized machines?
Yes, we specialize in OEM and ODM services. Whether you need specific voltage configurations, custom logo printing, or other modifications, our engineering team can tailor solutions to meet your requirements.
- Can I visit your factory?
You are welcome to visit our factory by prior appointment. Please let us know in advance if you plan to visit, so we can arrange a suitable time for you.
2. Packaging & Shipping
- How are the machines packaged?
To ensure safety during ocean freight, all machines are wrapped in stretch film and secured in standard export plywood cases. This fumigation-free packaging protects the equipment from moisture and impact.
- What is the delivery time?
For standard models, the lead time is typically 5-15 days after payment. Customized orders may take 10-20 days depending on the complexity.
3. Payment & Warranty
- What payment terms do you accept?
For small orders, we require 100% T/T payment in advance. For standard orders, our terms are 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment. We also accept credit card payments via secure third-party gateways.
- What about the warranty?
We offer a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects on the main machine (consumable parts excluded). During this period, we will provide replacement parts for quality-related issues.
4. Support & Service
- Do you provide installation support?
Yes. We provide detailed installation videos and English manuals to guide you through setup and operation. If needed, additional support can be arranged upon request.
